    It seems that sougou have just updated its page rank, and google haven't done that yet. And i think you will find it when they take the action.

    Ask google? The page rank gets determined by Google's algorithms, there is no way to tell without knowing the current algorithm they use.​

    Google PR plays vital role in website performance and effects the value of a website. So normally some time Google updated the PR after 6 month's or some time after few months. Depends upon the Google policy... :

    Google was update their pr status in may - june so you check your web site at next may-june 2013. and keep make back links with social media,social bookmarking,article submission and press release sites with great user friendly web design and original/unique content.

    Well, it updates every 3 months or so, and the last update was somewhere in May or June, not that hard to count when the next one is coming out :)

    Last PR update was happened in May 2012. Google usually schedules updates within 3/4 months. It is predicted in start of Aug.

    Your focus should be link building, creating content & making sure your website is secure. If those are done correctly you don't need to be concerned about Page Rank. It comes naturally.
