I want to know more about DoFollow and NoFollow links. How can we make a nofollow and dofollow links.

It depends what you are trying to accomplish.

A dofollow link carries "link juice". For example, the more backlinks your website gets, the higher it can push your ranking in a google search for a particular search phrase. For example, let's say you have a blog with an article that has a title called "Big Red Balloons". When someone types "big red balloons" into google, do you want your website with the page called "big red balloons" to appear on the first page of google, or maybe even the first entry? If so, that happens when other peoples websites have a link to your website where the link reads "big red balloons".

Now, sometimes you will be able to get a website to do this for you. If you simply want your link to appear on their website for the sole purpose of having people click it to visit your site, then you do not care whether it is nofollow or dofollow.

But, if you only want the link to help you in SERPS to push you to page one and you don't care whether anyone clicks the link, then you want a dofollow link.

None of this is really set in stone though anymore and google has undergone a big algorithm change with SEO. Link farms and directories no longer carry any weight with google, they have to be natural links to carry any value.

I have seen this same question on here about 20 times already dofollow links mean follow and nofollow links mean no follow.
