    From your point of view, what links are the MOST quality? The BEST? I would highly appreciate your opinion on this subject, especially if you are a SEO expert.

    Please describe all the parameters of the best links, which are necessary to achieve #1 on Google.

    The "best links" and the "right links to get #1 in Google" are two different things, for the most part.

    The best links are part of an entire page about your niche keywords, with an H1 tag using your keywords and a title with the keywords, on a URL with the keywords, from a domain with the keywords. However, this link would be 'too hot' for Google and appear engineered (not natural), so... skip the keyword domain, hope for the keyword in the URL, nail the title of the page, use a variant for the H1, and write excellent quality content with cohesive thoughts and points that back up the main argument.

    The right links to get #1 in Google involve a number of links from different types of sites, using a variety of keywords and some 'generic links' such as "click here" along with social indicators that when you post, people echo what you say, in their own words.

    Do not spam your website with links with no weight, look for websites that quality content, good design and good page rank. To Build links in such websites you need to buy link space/advertise with such websites for a long period till your website establishes the authority, and other website owners link your websites on their own, that will do for now...
