Having email accounts do not give you much exposure to web world. you need to have website so people can know about you offline and online.
In my experience, for each of the business you have, the perfect combination is: - One for payment (mainly paypal) - which can be shared across the businesses/websites that you have - One for communications (direct and indirect through autoresponder) - One for external web 2.0 accounts (e.g social media, bookmarking ... all of those you use to promote the business) It will systematize your business
I have 2 gmail account, one yahoo account,1 hotmail account,1 company account,1 opera account, 1 aol account,1 email.com account,and lastly 1 Zorpia account
6 email accounts. One is for Gmail, the other is for MSN and the other is for AIM (I use it for Pidgin). The other email accounts are for Yahoo.
