    Well, there's hostgator.com. Uhm... You might want to think about using godaddy. Not that they're a complete mess but I just read from some posts that what they're really good at are with domains. If you're uncomfortable with the rates of hostgator, I found out instantfreesite.com that offers lower rates but has the same offers just the same. Has regular backups and many members you can interact with. They offer cpanel hosting and I think that's a plus. I'm still checking with the other hosting companies.
