The thing is, I said no respectable scientist. The world respectable is obviously subjective. I wouldn't respect any scientist that believed the Bible was inspired, as they would have to ignore the overwhelming evidence that it is not. Such a closed-minded person would not make a good scientist. One thing is for sure; I would not entrust my life in their hands. Maybe you would.
