Without email and name , your email blast out high percentage will list in spam mail . That why all email blaster do need to show email and name. That is why people might use fake email and name in the email blaster. But that is not good to do so while it might unable to lead your reader to reach you correctly.
They must show it, because if they don't it will cause it all to be read as spam, and also is probably required by law, so in short their aren't providers like that. However, if you feel the need to hide your email for whatever the reason, it would be smart to use aweber (a great place), and switch your email adress, or create a new one.
