I mostly find, my all competitor site worked on Guest posting. Please explain what is guest posting and why we do it???/

Guest posting is writing for other blogs with link to your site in it. Guest posting will be beneficial if you're writing for site that has high PR and alexa ranking. Then many visitors from that blog will visit your blog after reading your writing.

 

If you mean accepting guest posts on your site its because you want to populate a site with content and keep it updated OR you are selling links within those pieces of content. If you are getting guest posts, paid or otherwise, on other websites it is to build authority back to your own site by placing a link within that content back to your site. There are plenty of other threads that cover the type of sites you should target with guest post link building so I won't cover it here.
