Is there an easy way to make this kind of graphic?

You know the shadow effect? I've seen it on many graphics so just wondering if there's an app that does this easily. If you know of a photoshop tutorial, please let me know as well.

    Thanks

I know, but my question is if there's an easy way to do it. I need to do this for dozens of images, so Photoshop will be very time consuming... I've seen the same effects on lots of images and I know there must be a website or app that does it automatically...

It's ridiculously simple in Photoshop... create a shape layer with the shape you want... and add a drop shadow style... 1 min max...

Make PS action and apply shadow effect to all your images at once.

I don't have photoshop. I have adobe photoshop elements. It's extremely hard for me to learn it, even though I made many attempts.

You just need to make a irregular selection for shape and then fill that selection. After that give drop shadow effect as it's on there.

Here's such a tutorial, just apply drop shadow layer effect afterwards:
