    Advertising (learn more)

    Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

    Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Weight counts, part of website counts, part does not. Pretty big problem.

    I have a website www.dneprimport.com
    Its a PR3 site with 47 pages indexed in google. Has total of 2 ads displayed per page.

    I did a little test.

    Removed Ads (0) from www.dneprimport.com/dog-blog/ and validated

    weight = 75.

    Added ads (5) to www.dneprimport.com/dog-blog and validated

    weight = 75.

    So no weight change for adding 5 ads on about 30 pages. The website is a whole, both have PR

    I see a pretty big problem with this because it seems about 60% of my pages do not count. Am i doing something wrong?

    IF i choose www.dneprimport.com/dog-blog in Setup as my site, then it shows weight correctly for that site, but the rest of domain is not being counted for weight.

    What can i do for all of my pages to be counted.

    well, are the blog pages indexed by the google api tool? that's what the coop uses to determine number of pages indexed in google. it may not be an issue of 'they don't count' so much as 'google api doesn't know the pages are there'

    When i put the blog URL into my set up, it shows weight for blog.

    It can see the pages indexed.

    Also in keyword tracker it shows 47 pages indexed as well, and that uses API if im not mistaken.

    Yes i know, not all of the 47 pages have coop links ( i.e. feeds, logon pages).

    But thats only 6-7 pages total. Still doesnt say why other 20 are not counted.

    I don't think updating weight is instantaneous when you add sites or pages. It's not a matter of "broken... fixed now" but a matter of waiting a while for the changes to show up and be calculated.

    That has more to do with Google than with the Coop per se...

    I dont think this is a problem with google. API shows 48 pages.

    I think the problem is with coop not reading 1 page as one but 2 separate pages and not assigning weight to second page.

    I mean this is seriously not fair when half the pages dont count for weight, but display links. I have the same code on both pages, using same php file with same settings.

    I dont understand why its only counting half the website.
