    We can't say exactly which is the best. If we follows google's Panda algorithm we will meet all the requirements which google expecting from us. The main motive which that expect is effective and reliable content must rank well that seems its updating frequently it's algorithm. It may differ periodically. I can say white hat technique is a best strategy even though its getting delay growth.
