    Having a great .com is easy. Then evolve from the highest paying keywords lists and build a better site about something more profitable in traffic.

    You are aiming way too high

    Your niche is mortgages, your competing with companies who spend $XX,XXX per month on SEO

    If I was you I would stop, and rethink

    Your new to this so you need something less challenging, Using googles keyword tool try find a keyword that gets an exact match of atleast 1,000 global visits, has low to mid competition and his a decent cost per click

    Next buy a .com - no free URLs or $1 .info domains - .com or .net only!

    Now create content, im talking 600 words at least every day for as long as you can, eventually google with pick up long phrases to do with your niche and you will start getting drips of traffic from search engines.

    Now you have traffic, keep up the content creation and start tracking how many clicks you get each day so you can adjust your ad positions and gain the best click through rate - make sure to not break googles guidelines - it is not worth getting banned over

    I think you need more then 3000-5000 visitors per day for getting Adsense earning like $1000 per month......if you can then start your won news website and start working on that you will get good income out of this using Adsense.......

    I don't know where to begin with this because you are so far out of the ballpark on this. You're almost playing a different game in fact. The first step would be to not use a .tk domain name since 99.99999% of the content under .tk is garbage and spam.

    $1000 per month is not impossible but requires some smart thinking. Start selling your own products and if you are relying on Adsense than attract at least 500K visitors from USA per month to achieve that $1000 revenue dream.
