If you want to advertise it then you just simply follow what the previous posters have said. Or if you want to find something yourself in the internet regarding jewelry sites then you can also try google alerts for yourself. You'll just have to include there the keyword of the whatever you want to have some information on. For this case its jewelry so that's what you should put there.

 

You should try search targeted advertising through google adwords or bing.
