    The text with white shadow looks a bit disturbing also the header is too big. Also not sure about the content. Put more effort in SEO.

    If you want to improving your rankings, it's going to take a ton more content, and it's going to have to be well written, not spammy, original, and useful.

    the top-navigation bar seems to be broken, must be code mistake or spacing. other then that it looks quite organized and try to make the top banner picture more wider and only set of 2-3 pics to make it more clear. Great work.

    Too much white space in your logo. Maybe you can fix that. Now if it's a good ranking you want then update your site regularly with quality content.

    Overall, the site looks good and user friendly.

    I don't get the idea with the logo placed below the menu tabs. Try to replace it with a picture or a picture slider, for instance

    I actually like the look. Basically I like the colors used in the first sample: beige on lighter blue.
    I think good contents, layout and templates, they are really well done.

    But I believe that simple is always best.

    Nice vivid colors, but the menu is broken, or just aligned incorrectly. I'll also move the two logos between the first and second menu, they seem out of place.
