    Depends on the bank and the card.

    In case of ICICI Bank, the limit is 23 years and for cards issued against fixed deposits, the limit is 18 years.

    but i think that there must be some actions to be taken.
    i believe that this situation will be applied for short time and then either india will be removed from accepted countries OR it will be back again and users be able to send from their balance.

    I also hope that this rule is ripped of from Indian Paypal users soon otherwise Paypal will slowly loose its customers in India and slowly time will come when no Indian will be using Paypal. :D

    Currently it accepts Indian Debit Cards verified by VISA or MASTERCARD. Try and see.

    Yes Why not? The last post before you is one year old. If you search more this forum you will find people from India using Paypal fine with Credit Card. Only problem occurred when users try to attach Debit Card. Debit Cards from India not working with Paypal.

    Debit card which is either Mastercard or Visa ? i don't think so. but debit cards like electron or some sbi bank debit may not accept.

    haha......:confused: I tried 3 different banks visa,mastercard,maestro but none was accepted and even in PP there is option of adding only CC not DB the option of DB occurs when you try to pay someone but it don't works.
