    Google will only show a few, if any. Generally only the really good ones. Yahoo used to have a great way to do it. Open-site explorer at SEOMoz might be a good way for you.

    Not all of these sites are created equal, and I don’t think any of them can give you a definite 100% list of the amount of links that you have online pointing back to your site. That being said, some are definitely better than others. I am going to give you a summary of each one. Try them all out, and find out which ones work best for your needs, and for your specific sites.

    Back links seems active again. I was checking my website back links from them and It seems they are providing bit old data. I have tried majestic seo which is good.

    We can check google backlinks by google it self.
    Examble:
    you enter search query as
    link: "www.example.com"

    But it shows 1/3 of links only.

    I find it best to hire someone for a minimal hourly rate to check each backlink individually. If the backlink is in just a giant text list on a page, it has no value, yet many forms of software will just add you to a file. It generates a backlink as far as quantity, but holds no real value.
