Once you update the site, you can resubmit the sitemap to cache your website.

It is a easy way to Invite Google To Visit and crawl your site ;), Just Make a Sitemap with .xml format. You can make the sitemap by help from third party website if you don't know How it is create? And it is also important to always update your sitemap file.

    Thanks

Submit your sitemap to google webmaster tool.

Then Keep updating your website and share your link Twitter,Facebook and Google PLUS. Crawler will come to your site as soon as possible.

If you've got the toolbar installed, just going to a page will trigger Google to come and spider it. As others have said, WT works well, or just get a link from an indexed site. Also, if you use an XML sitemap, make sure your priorities for your pages are varied, they will spider a lot deeper if the priorities are not all the defaults.

Make sure you use Google Webmaster Tools, you don't need to do anything actually. My latest domain was indexed in 2 days :) Using a CMS like Wordpress is also useful where it pings your new content so it will be faster.

I agree with josefaryan and if you have already submitted a sitemap you can click Dashboard>>Health>>Fetch as Google.
You can use this tool to fetch up to 500 URLs a week per Webmaster Tools account
