By submitted your website and its sitemap at Google webmaster tools, you can tell Google to crawl your website and its pages with the help of your xml sitemap (google crawlers can easily find your website if you have submitted the sitemap). And, there is no regular schedule for Google updates.

Every website owner have authority to ask any search engine that why this search engine not crawling my site. you can ask to Matt Cutt for your problem.
And as I think that you need to check your Robots.txt file of your websites where we can allow or disallow crawler to crawl our website.

Just Google "submit my website" or something similar and get a free submission service to submit your site to Google, Yahoo, Bing and a few hundred other search engines.

Do some social bookmarking, tweet and publish post links in FB. Do not forget to use Pinomatic. Google will start crawling your site.Indexing may take some time for the first time. Do not worry once you start publishing posts frequently Google will crawl your site frequently for fresh news.

I believe Google finds out your site on their own. Sitemaps generally helps Google find out all the content in your site.

Submit your sitemap to google Websmaster. The sitemap of your website should be formatted in xml file. Sitemap enable Search Engine crawlers to find out what pages are present in your site. Moreover you need to check your robots.txt file.

Ask Google to crawl a page or site:

On the Webmaster Tools Home page, click the site you want.
On the Dashboard, under Health, click Fetch as Google.
In the text box, type the path to the page you want to check.
In the dropdown list, select Web. (You can select another type of page, but currently we only accept submissions for our Web Search index.)
Click Fetch. Google will fetch the URL you requested. It may take up to 10 or 15 minutes for Fetch status to be updated.
Once you see a Fetch status of "Successful", click Submit to Index, and then click one of the following:
To submit the individual URL to Google's index, select URL and click Submit. You can submit up to 500 URLs a week in this way.
To submit the URL and all pages linked from it, click URL and all linked pages. You can submit up to 10 of these requests a month

Here's google's url for submitting websites: https:+//www.google.com/+webmasters/tools/submit-url I don't think you have to be a registered webmaster to use it, but if you do then sign up. Also, many web hosts provide a service that automatically sends new pages and page edits to all web search engines. If you have a word press blog they send updates to a list of about 30 search engines every time you save.
