Instant approval sites is best or article pending sites is best?

I am just confused that in article submission instant approval sites is best or which sites shows the pending status of article?

 

Pending sites are best because instant approved sites are spams.

 

Just my oppinion :

I think it´s always the ebst to submit high quality content, especially in order to get direct traffic! So it would be the ebst to focus on "non direct approval" sites, those sites puplish a lot less, but hq content, so they get normally more "google love", to call it that way.

Let´s go a bit further : Why not split those sites, and link the "Instant approval sites" sites to your articles on HQ "non instant" approval sites?

 

I have to agree with benhuebner, if you write good content, and you publish them on trusted websites, you will surely have good results.

 

It depends on how you are using them. Use the pending to link to your money site then the instant approval to link to your articles that are linking to your money site.

 

According to pending sites are best because its approved only quality of contents.

 

According to my oppinion, which sites does not approved article instantly these are the best because they checked out the site content and website type that you have added a quality and relevant content or not.
