    Hi, I will pay $150 to anyone that can transform this image http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/4439/girllacrosse.jpg to a vector format similar to this one http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/5808/gc5ihx8i.jpg . It needs to be a girl and you can also transform the sample image ( the one that is a guy) into a girl
    Pm your results and I will pay to the one I see better quality
    After payment you will have to send me the vector file format

    as you ask is not going to risk wasting their precious work hours working on your project, with only the mere hope of being paid.
    In fact, the kind of person you're looking for will ask for a deposit, before even getting started.

    So you can:
    - waste your own time going through many jobs that don't look right, or
    - just start now hiring the kind of person you should have in the first place (f not me, there are certainly others here).

    Or, you could luck out and find someone talented (and who lives in their mom's basement, has no bills to pay,
    and is willing to possibly waste their time). But along with that, you will have wasted the time of too many others, who were too naive to
    realize how pointless it was to become involved in a "contest".
