    Send a letter in to google to make them aware of the issue. Explain that he is a competitor, so if in the future your account is banned, you have proof to show the action you took against the one trying to get rid of your account, by having the letter and the date you sent it out.

    Google may even be able to give you some suggestions on how to prevent such things from happening in the future.

    don't tell anybody about it. Neither your friends. They might one to help you and click on your ads.
    That will get you account banned!

    Yeah.. I got banned several times because of some people who where clicking all over my ads. I heard that if you change your theme you may get trough...

    I think there is a good plugin for wordpress users which tells about the IP of the users who clicked your ads. Ad logger is a best one to use. And then there is another one that can be used known as wp ban which helps you ban certain users and IPs. These both plugins can help a lot.
