i cant verify my paypal which i made it using vpn

You can pay with credit card through your paypal as long as there is fund in your card. I you dont see the option to pay using credit card, then maybe paypal has remove the card, and you can pay without fund in your paypal. to fund your paypal using entropay, try this
Register with liqpay.com using your mobile phone no, after registering add fund to your liqpay acct using the entropay virtual card, if this is successful. then go to ok-change.com and exchange your liqpay fund to your paypal acct.

PayPal won't allow it, they claim it's due to complications with "international Finance" you have to make one and say your from another country but you have to hide your IP if you claim your from Another country
