    hi,
    I would prefer some description near the top banner logo

    category links, facebook like box are not visible on top navigation pages....

    on glossary page, give some examples. like,
    A - Accounting, Agency.... Click here to view more....
    B - Break even, Bottleneck.... Click here to view more....

    Its not bad at all, i would recommend putting some more content within the home page with links just to guide the visitor along your site. Very nice work!

    You have to develop a lot for making the site a standard site. Your logo is not clear. The menu should be more attractive with hover effect. Please try to upgrade the site. thanks.

    The page is very clean and presents the content well, navigation is logical, it displayed fine on IE5.5.
    It's good I would just tinker perhaps with the logo and the main page graphic.

    Nice theme but I think the image is too large on the front page. Its not clear what to do once someone comes to your site. Perhaps have your blog link in the main navigation.

    The design in general is good.
    What is your site about? You have to had some slogan or description for better user experience.
    Another thing, the text in homepage is centered, are this on purpose? I think if you justify the text will be better too.
    In About Me section, that's not really about you, maybe a photo of you will help build some identity to this section.
    That's my honest opinion.
