    For me, Windows 7 is the best because of its enhanced features which are far better than its predecessors. But I still suggest that you stick with the OS you are most comfortable working with.

    Yea if your using low end machines...XP is used in a lot of machines like jukebox's etc but for more secure machines like atm's and airport control towers etc they use our beloved Linux :)

    Windows xp is the best up till now because it is very user friendly and the system does not hang when you have low Ram memory.

    In this day and age ram shouldn't be an issue. The most standard user should have at least 3GB.

    Windows 7 is a lot better in my opinion. It's a lot faster, looks more stylish and more of the new software programs I use for IM only work for Windows 7 or the latest version of Mac.

    windows xp is great for those who have high preformance gaming machines cause it usses less ram but XP Will be dead shortly enough... might as well upgrade to 7.

    Both windows 7 and xp have their own features. It depends upon your usage as windows 7 have some extra feature as windows xp has not . Windows 7 is compatible with with internet which shows all updates regularly . Rather it takes Ram 4 gb to load else windows xp doesnt take it . Windows xp uses less resource as compared to windows 7. windows 7 has superb performance as xp not . It allows us to do remote desktop easily as compared to window xp is not. If you want to play games then windows xp is best because xp provides good compatibility for games as windows 7 not. Windows 7 provides best source for wifi connection as it detects wifi very fast as in xp it takes lot of time to detect .

    I think window 7 is the best because in this window drivers are automatically installed.
    Today senerio drivers are not installed easily but Win 7 can easily installed the drivers so i think windows 7 is the best.
