    Hey Publishers,

We have currently gotten a handful of advertisers and are looking for traffic.

We have a guaranteed minimum $0.10 cpm for all traffics from the following :

    US,UK,AU,Austria,Belgium,Canada,France,Germany,Japan,Netherlands,Sweden,Switzerland,Singapore,Brazil,India,Indonesia,Italy,Pakistan,Philippines,Russia,Saudi Arabia

We are also paying a $0.15-$0.25 cpm rate for all US/UK/AU/CA/DE traffic at the moment from a current advertiser,

Join us now and get paid on time every beginning of each month. We don't have a long net day payment term. We pay at the beginning of each month from the 1st to the 10th of each month.

Hope to see you and your traffic and earn with us.

Sorry about that joe, We were adding another server into our adnetwork so we can receive more traffic. You will see that for today for a few hours maybe but the stats will still count.

We use to pay bi-weekly until most new publishers were confused they would receive payment on each 1st and 15th. So we decided to make it easier and just pay everyone for their previous months earnings immediately right after between the 1st and 10th of the month.

That way everyone is happy with payments and no one is confused about anything.

That's unfortunate since I have about 30,000,000 impressions to swing around for weekly / bi-weekly payments -_-

    Dear Publishers,

Recently we had several slow speeds on our ads due to the increase in traffic, We have just added a new server within our ad server to handle the increase in traffic. We have also just approved new advertisers into our inventory so the publishers in our adnetwork can earn more for their traffic. Due to the recent downtimes, We have decided to increase the revenue share for the next 48 hours so your ecpms will be alot higher than usual.

Currently we need alot of traffic for the following countries :

Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

If you have traffic from those countries, you can earn from $0.10-$0.30 CPM.

We have also added a security feature into our ads so that it will detect bot traffic and fake traffic. This was added due to recent advertiser complaints of publishers sending traffic through means of zero iframe or bot traffic which we do not allow.

Thanks and happy earnings from POPCPM Admin,

    Jeff
