    I was banned by Digg many times, but now I recreate my Digg account by GoogleReader Name.

    Now I am following to 441 members and also only 8 members are my followers.

    can anyone suggest me how can i get more then more followers. or how can I promote my Digg Submission Suppose Restaurant Advertisement

    give me marketing tips

    you need to create back links after creation digg link, and you need to follow others then other follow you,
    after getting 200 followers, unfollow everyone and follow others.
    and get a loop everytime

    I don't know much about Digg, but I't sprobably similar to SU where if you stumble/digg other people's stuff, they will yours too :)

    You need to get many people to follow you buy following others and a percentage will follow you back similar to twitter. However to start, I don't think digg by itself is worth all the effort first of all, and second of all you need to go back and access why you got banned so many times because if you got banned for doing innappropriate things than it may just give your website a bad impression...
