Let me add that if you idolize ANY politician, republican or democrat, then you need to get your head examined.

I just find it amazing how everything is turned around and blamed on Bush. Granted he's not a nice man, but the world is a complicated place and there are many, many evil people in the world, some of them are not even American, and until you realize this we will not be safe.

You made the mistake about standing up for American interests in an international forum. Whenever any other country does things in its own interests (like France helping Sadam cheat on oil for food, Mexico encouraging it people to cross into America illegally, Russia selling night vision goggles to the Iraqi army, China counterfriting all manners of intellectual property, or Chavez using petro dollars to build a police state) they are given a pass. When America trys a new approach that is not just maintaining the status qoe by propping up another thug all of a sudden we are Satan.

Truth be told, if Iran and Syria were not causing havoc in Iraq, we would have that place under control easily by now. The only thing I regret is that our leaders won't address the real Iraq "insurgency" and just cap anyone who crosses the border avoiding a checkpoint.

If you want America to be out of Iraq in 4-6 months or less we better not hear any b*tching when we do what is necessary to get out.

Probably not. I don't really understand why we invaded Iraq in the first place. Perhaps he actually believed they had WMD and was attempting to protect American interests or wanted to have more control of an area that is growing with terrorism. I am not really sure. But capturing Saddam and taking him out of power was a nice benefit.

Would you have preferred John Kerry? He would have been the first president of the United States of Islam.

Thanks, I appreciate your comment:) Although, I wouldn't really want to "cap" anyone who crosses the border. Just for clarification, I don't agree with every single thing President Bush says but I certainly do not believe he is evil either.

That was not all the benefits, an even nicer benefit is the $250,000,000/ day profit that is generated for small group of people, namely oil companies. :)

I don't understand what you are referring to. Oil companies in what country? What is your source of information so that I can read about it. Thanks:)

Don't get him started, in his world Bush orgagnized 9-11 so America could invade and take over the oil.

Too bad he didn't do it on 9-10, He'd be $250,000,000 richer, dumb Bush;)

USA (American oil companies) produce domestically about 5,000,000 barrel of oil everyday. The price before the war was about $20/barrel, now it is about $70/barrel. There has been no raise in production cost in USA because of the war.

    5,000,000 * ($70-$20)= $250,000,000 /day

    365 * $250,000,000= $91,250,000,000 /year

The above figure does not even include the profit from oil fields owned by American oil companies outside of USA. ;)

That's my point exactly. Bush DOESN'T want to do that, but unfortinately short of all out war with Iran and/or Syria that's what it will take.
