Even if you try, you will be able to invent some meaning of those Y, A, H, O and O.

Just shout Yahoo and ask yourself for the meaning.

Yahoo as long as I know stand for ''shout out''.It is like somebody shouting out
to another person as a form of greeting or a call for attention.Like ''hey! Who
is there?'' or like ''What's up?''

    That's that.

Does anyone remember the old Yahoo adverts on TV from the 90's always had someone meeting someone or finding something great online, with someone yodeling Yahoo at the end.

    Yahoo -
The word was invented by Jonathan Swift and used in his book Gulliver's Travels. It represents a person who is repulsive in appearance and action and is barely human. Yahoo! founders Jerry Yang and David Filo selected the name because they considered themselves yahoos.

The name Yahoo! is an acronym for "Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle," but Filo and Yang insist they selected the name because they liked the general definition of a yahoo: "rude, unsophisticated, uncouth."

Yahoo's something you scream out when you're really happy, you can use it for sarcasm too. Haha. Anyway what I think you are really meaning is the acronym Yahoo stands for, and yes you are right about the words it is representing.

Yahoo is an expression used to express the feelings of getting something wonderful and amazing. “Yet ANOTHER HIERARCHICAL OFICIOUS ORACLE” is right as abbreviation, but Yahoo is not used with this meaning for Yahoo Inc. Yahoo used its name as the expression of feelings.

Agree with digital lover. Yahoo is an expression. The exclamatory sign after yahoo! proves that.
