    hello,
    my dedicated server got suspended by Due to recent spam complaints on my server. the server in Netherlands.
    how to get my files back? mailed them but not getting any reply. any body faced the same problem. how to get my files back from my suspended server?

    Be polite and kindly ask your provider if they can provide you with your data. IMO that's the only way of getting it back from your server.

    they don't wanted to give root access back to me. i said them to move files by their side to my new host. but not getting any reply....

    Most likely you are out of luck. Depending on the violation they may not want anything to do with you anymore.
