Need help on signatures!

Hello all, I am new to making signatures. I've been looking at all different types of signatures and i noticed a lot of hyperlinks (I think that's what they are) my question is how do you that? I've tried it but I'm not allowed any HTML codes. I can only put the domain of my website

For example I want mine to say, "Save now on Web Hosting" linking that to my website, instead of just putting the whole domain name on there. It's just an example. Any advice will help. Thanks!
