    If i find it on the road (bag alone) or if i find it in another person's hand? :) If i find it alone, then i will be straightly taking it to the Orphan Children homes or some other places (like old age homes, physically/mentally challenged care centers). If i conclude that it is not a black money then i will be contacting the person (if any contact details exist in the bag) or else i will keep it with me ;)

    i believe in good karma, so i would try to give it back to the owner.. at least he could reward me with certain percentage of money that has been returned (If it big money of-course) :)

    I'll keep it. Deposit it in 5 different banks. Then use some of it to buy a new car and get a new condo FAR FAR FAR away from where I picked that up.
