simply disable vb feeds if no option is available then search for a plugin to stop vb feeds or you can replace your original feed with feedburner feed so that you can earn money from that theif's website Edit: here is link to http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=185305
Well, this will not be considered as content theft, this is content syndication. Google does not consider it as duplicate content but syndicated content. In fact, Google does not give credit to the website having syndicated content.

I suggest getting set up as Google Author, that way you have your name in Google files as owner of the content and one day Google may hammer the people who copy.
