    Hello
I wonder what these scripts is the best:

    Elgg VS BuddyPress

    1) For the SEO optimization and SEO
    2) Security and Hacking
    3) easier to modify
    4) The most scalable, plugins, templates ...
    5)Resource for the lowest hosting.
6)The more respect for web standards and w3c
    7) And for you what you like best

    Thank you

Buddypress is easy to modify :) And plugins and templates(we can make it easily Ourselves) are too good and easy for Buddypress. And I like it best than Elgg. Its secure since WP is secure :)

    Thanks.

    Hi,
having used both and have significantly changed the codes of each, I prefer Elgg which was built specifically to create a community unlike BuddyPress is a module on above of WordPress (blog engine).
Also I like the architecture of the code of Elgg.

your an elgg developer. So this reply must be either biased or well balanced. To which this belongs?. As we arent developers, its worthwhile if you can compare both here in indepth details.
