    I’m selling dumptrucks.ws as I haven’t got the time to update it. However, all that it needs is a few articles now and again, no major upkeep. The site was created in September and started earning money from Adsense in October. It reached page two on MSN search and held its position up until recently. It could easily regain a good position with the addition of a few good keyword-rich articles. The site earned over $30 in October and has earned $8.05 in November so far. However, it needs some promotion and a few more articles to improve it and keep it earning money. I spent very little on the site, paying only for the articles.

    Dumptrucks.ws is a great domain name, with the keyword being the domain. All the other extensions are taken.

    The site is targeting a great niche, use overture or Wordtracker to see the number of searches and there is very little competition.

    I've never bought a site before so would need assistance on the process for the first time on how to get everything transferred as far as domain and stuff and most everything over to my hosting.

    OK, it seems that my webhost is also down, urlhost.net. Hopefully it will be back up soon. The bin is $250 but I'm open to offers.

    Dump trucks is a high paying keyword, part of the reason I built the site around it. Also, the link ads are bleneded in well.
