Problema with my lost admin Password

Hi,

i am using a mysql database and i up a backup from a wordpress blog. The problem is that i not remember my admin pass, How to create a new admin user or catch my lost password?

Reinstall the MYSQL and you should get new password...

There is no option to retrieve forgot password.

 

Click on "Lost your password?" and enter your Email Id here and then click on "Get New Password". One URL will be mailed to your Email ID. just click on the link in the mail and enter your new password which you like.

Dude.. I think he is talking about MYSQL database admin password. Not the site password..

 

is there any control panel installed in your server ?

I ve installed smtp mail in my local machine and solved it with the solution propose by noorlinks.
