I can hire some people (around 100) to daily visit my website and behave like any interested visitor, and therefore my stats in Google Analytics will go up, and surely Google will notice that. Do you think it may increase my SEPR? Or it is a useless trick?
I don't think so, but if you have too much money then you can make test. Better spend this funds for some link building.
Well i also don't think that it is good idea. And i too agree with adbash that if you such amount of funds instead of hiring 100 people hire some SEO company to do all good optimization techniques to improve your SERP and page rank and can also create brand awareness in social networking sites.
Nope because Google will also notice that all the people who are visiting are not only on the same computers and IPs, but also nearly 100% of your traffic will be direct.
I do not think this trick will work as same 100 people will be visiting the blog daily; it becomes 100% direct traffic and makes the site suspicious. It is not possible to hire alternate set of 100 people. But I am eager to know when you will be spending money to direct quick traffic to your blog why do not you buy ad space from high traffic sites to get traffic and link juice as well. You may try ad words as well for quick firing as well.
Thank you all for your comments. I think I will follow what you advised and save my money for a better investment.
This idea will help to familiar your company at local but i don't know to guarantee for improve your SERP...!!!
I don't think it is good idea. Hire people for optimize your website and increase backlinks that helps to you.
I'd suggest you to stay away from any method which could bring harm for your relationships with Google
No, it is a very bad idea for the reasons mentioned. Might as well print flyers or try reverse graffiti.
What should I say? This is unique post I have ever seen, I would like to suggest you can hire our service to increase your site traffic, but your strategy will cost you huge money. Because you have to have different internet connections for all those people.
I think it's a good idea if you have enough money you can do that but your hired people must be unique and if they are in several countries its even better.
I believe, its not worth trying too. Why do you need to spend on hiring people to just visit your website, when you can get a lot of visitors from social networking and blog commenting? Yes, post your link on social networking websites and on some famous blogs such as, engadget, zdnet, huffingtonpost, techcrunch, etc. This will get you good and reputed visitors. Spend the money on getting some paid links from reputed directories or post some paid Press Releases that are worth.
