    My website is also new www(dot)dietplansforwomens(dot)net. I only average 70 unique visitors per day. I think social media is a good place to increase website traffic. I hope I can achieve 3000 visitors per day :(

    Best way to increase the traffic is SEO, and in SEO the most important is keyword selection. SO choose the keywords very carefully and do SEO for them..

    Well, if you are willing to spend then try PPC advertising. That should bring some genuine targeted traffic to your site.
