What is the secret to get more visit on the web.

I have pr3 domain old 3 months, but i need to get more users.

What is the best to do?

Keywords?
Link building?

Depends on what kind of content you have on your site. If you have more text than media, then you'll be doing a lot of on-page SEO. Media works better with viral/social traffic IMO, but images with the right alt tag can still get decent traffic from google images.
