    Penguin is a new algorithm from Google which battles web spam, it targets those websites which are made only to earn money and not to provide of some use.It targets those websites which use a lot of ads, spam, stuff keywords etc.

    Well Penguin is algorithm which deals with off page activities; The Main objective of This Algorithm is to prevent from web spam and made Search Listing more unique and relevant. Google Penguin will able to detect all sort of unnatural links; Like Paid Links, Spam Links, Unnatural Links!

    Penguin Updates is same like Google Panda updates.

    Means it is Google's New algorithm. As people are going to do Spamy work, over promotion and use of duplicate content so Google launch a new algorithm to stop these spam works. only genius websites will get its places on top ranking.
    So try to do only serious and genius work to your website.
