Limitation of directory and bookmarking?

I want to know what is the limitation to do directory and bookmarking for a particular Website url, according to new google updates?? Please tell me and help me..

1) You must not use directories under 4 or 5 years old. You can find from "Whois" to see if domain of directory was created before 2007.
2) Directory must have PR5 or above.
3) Directory must have Alexa rank under 40K to 50K above this number don't received much traffic because either people don't like that directory or not good SERP in search engine so just think directory is not very good optimized, how it can give you benefit of having your website in that directory.
4) Never submit to directory that, xyz directory's main URL is for some other business like example directory.doctor office .com this is doctor's website, but they just want to have link back so easy way to get link by creating directory in sub-domain and delete this directory letter on.

There are no limit of Directory and Bookmarking Submissions. But matter is that your submission is relevant in category, best directories sites, fast approval sites. Your matter that you are submitted in sites is relevant.
