    morguefile.com is a good free site. Professionals and novice photographers can upload their work and portfolio, have it critiqued, and you can download them for free.

    I use fotolia.com for bought stock photos. Cost effective and quality stock photos!

    i've noticed istockphoto has become expensive recently and increased credits for many of the photos i needed. SO i am going to be leaving istockphoto and use sites like sxc.hu.

    Shutterstock is having the best collection of stock photo images. They are the first microstockphoto site in the internet. But their price is fairly higher. dreamsite.com and 123rf.com are providing commercial stock photos for a lower price with good quality.
