oh yes dude your tips is so cool for improve SERP but dear it's not sufficient for better ranking coz recently google penguin is update it's don't allow any type of duplicate content, link bat, keyword streaming, high keywords density and poor linking.

So please build good linking with fresh content.

Mate I have another website with 100% duplicate content. only 200 backlinks (alexa)
and it ranks in top three position for many COMPETITIVE keywords.

so content is myth for that site. ranking has improved in past few months

here I dont write content or do any onpage seo.

i thing you have to do the articles submission because it is very good in seo and give you the ranking fast.

 

Google Loves .edu .. Try to get .edu backlinks. That is only thing that is gonna boost your SERP.
