ROR is a rapidly growing XML format for describing any object on a website (sitemaps, products, services, menus, images, reviews, contact info, business info etc...To make your ROR Sitemap automatically readable by all search engines, choose the "ror/rss" format.

ROR sitemaps is an extensions of RSS feeds (which are also XML based)

However, you won't be able to find any major search engine that supports ROR (they do support RSS parts however)

HTML sitemap-It is basically for the purpose of the user, through it the user can easily find all the pages of your site and this is said to navigation.
XML sitemap-It's just the end of chains because of this crawler can easily track your website quickly.

sitemap.xml is the usual and common sitemap for your site that includes links to all the inner pages of your site. whereas ror.xml is "Resource of Resources" describes any object of your content in a generic fashion, so any search engine can better understand that content and include more details about your site such as products, navigational menu items, , etc. many will use ror to put in details about particular products however be careful not to flag up duplicate content filters with the orginal product page.
