    hello all

has anyone noticed some significant changes on G SERPs?

i've got a series of sites which i can noticed a higher traffic on one and a sharp drop on the other during the same week, and they are both from the same niche.

Yes. I have notice that Google have changes the ranking of some niche and relevant website. May be it because of changes in PR.

I think it is normal to have a fluctuation in Google SERP. The competition is fiercer these days than before. :)

My guess is that Google is slipping in small Caffeine related changes to their algorithm over time so that when Caffeine does finally go live, it's not a total shock to webmasters all at once. I've been noticing some slow, but definite changes to ranking for our PR7 site URLs over the last couple of months.
