    Yeah, just heard about the update, it says less than 0.1 percent of the total search queries are affected!

    I heard about the update around 3 days ago in a SEO blog. It's almost the same like penguin but more upgraded as long as I know.

    I guess it really it is. Because it's very fair for those site owners that follow every ethical techniques when working with this sites only turned down my sites that are ranked well using black hat techniques. This is a fair fight among spammers.
