    This is a jsp - JAVA webpage probabbly using icefaces.
    Java is my main language,I can help,but mind that the glassfish servers(required to run java websites) are expensive.
    If you want it on java I can help,but it can be also done in php wich will be cheaper and faster to develop and maintain.
