How to get more visitors to my blog.

Hi friends, I have a blog. I want some ideas of how to get visitors to my blog.

1- Write gr8 content ( most importnt point )
2- Add your blog posts in websites such as Dig, Reddit, Ycombinator ... etc
3- Make sure your blog is SEO freindly to get traffic from google

 

Also dont forget to comment in any relevant blog or QA website if you have a blog post which answers any of the discussed topics

 

write articles and submit them to article directories.
write press release and submit them to press release sites.
do on site optimisation.
write comments on different / relevant blogs.
advertise on face book.

 

Not everyone is able to write the articles but making comments on blogs and forums is good idea.

 

Post often, post linkbait. Get backlinks. Post in forums with a signature (like mine). Leave comments on blogs with a link back to your site. Build your facebook and twitter following and promote to them sparingly. Post your link in FB groups. Post free classified ads. Just some tips for ya...good luck!
