    To check the backlinks of your site only (and not any third party), The Google webmasters account will give you the near accurate results. Just try it.

    Backlinkwatch will work great for you... Just keep in mind, that there is NOT any tool that can tell you 100% sure more info about your backlinks, because even GOOGLE does not "know" which websites gave you a backlink ;)

    If you're building backlinks to improve your ranking on Google, then the only ones that matter are the ones Google has picked up on. Track it in Google Webmaster.

    I don't hope so for backlinkwatch. Instead you can try with opensiteexplorer.org, an effective one. Else you can check out the webmaster tools of your respective sites. It gives a clear depiction on the backlinks, etc
