What is link bait? how it is beneficial in using for SEO?...can any one please let me know brief on this concept?....

 

link bait is created content which attracts natural links, it's great for SEO, obviously as the "natural" backlinks that come from it are infinately more valuable than any that can be bought most of the time, but don't be fooled it's hard to implement well. for some quick advice, top ten lists, amusing clips and games tend to be pretty good for this.

 

Any content or feature within a website that somehow baits viewers to place links to it from other websites. Matt Cutts defines link bait as anything "interesting enough to catch people's attention." Link bait can be an extremely powerful form of marketing as it is viral in nature and can impact visibility in search results.

Here's a real life link bait example put into action for a BBQ seller: http://www.bobbysbest.com/funny-custom-bbqs.html -- Whoa Crazzzy BBQ's!

Here's some link bait from for a wedding invitation business: http://www.weddingpaperdivas.com/valentines-day-history.htm -- Whoa Crazy bad Valentines Days!
