    There are many sites available for article submission. You can search in google high page rank article submission list. Then you get the list with page rank so its easy for you to submit article.

    You may want to check out a article submission service like UAW or an article submission software like magic article submitter. Not all the sites they submit to will have a high pr, bu you will be able to build a lot of backlinks.

    I still believe http://ezinearticles.com/ to be one of the better article submission sites.

    And remember, it's not just a question of the article submission sites PR on it's front page, that matters. At all.
